Computers for Change

Digitization has the power to transform lives, providing people in need with the tools to stay connected, learn, work, and build a better future. Access to technology is essential not only for refugees but also for other vulnerable groups, including low-income families, students, children with disabilities, job seekers, and disaster victims. Whether it’s staying in touch with loved ones, pursuing education and training, searching for employment, or performing daily tasks, technology opens doors to new opportunities.

We have the expertise and ability to import, refurbish, and distribute donated computers to refugees, underserved communities, and support groups dedicated to making a difference.

If you’d like to help by donating computers or if you or someone you know needs one, click the respective button below. We are here to help.

Laptops
for Change

It goes without saying that a computer is a vital tool for accessing information, staying in touch with family and friends, and managing work and education. For people facing hardship—such as refugees, disaster victims, low-income families, and individuals with disabilities—technology becomes even more essential. It enables access to vital services, supports job searches and remote work, facilitates education and training, and helps people rebuild their lives.

By providing computers to those in need, we empower individuals to stay connected, access opportunities, and navigate their challenges with greater independence.

Desktops for the Learning and Activity Spaces for Children

Children from vulnerable groups—whether refugees, displaced families, or those from low-income households—often need additional support before enrolling in their local school systems. For example, refugee children may go through preparatory programs to adjust to a new educational environment, while others might benefit from remote learning opportunities to catch up on missed education or continue their studies in their native systems. Additionally, many children with disabilities and those facing socio-economic challenges need specialized educational tools and online resources to bridge the gap and ensure their success.

This digital support allows all children, regardless of their background, to stay connected to learning, gain vital skills, and continue their education without interruption.

Desktops for the Job Activation Spaces for Adults

This is an opportunity to help adults from various vulnerable groups, including refugees, displaced individuals, and those from marginalized communities, to activate professionally. Many institutions—such as museums, libraries, community centers, and job placement organizations—offer spaces where these individuals can meet in person, build networks, and collaborate professionally through peer-to-peer interactions. These initiatives allow adults to enhance their skills, share knowledge, and access resources that will help them integrate into the workforce, improve their economic stability, and foster a sense of belonging in their new communities.

By providing support and access to these spaces, we enable individuals to unlock their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.

Learning & Activity Spaces for Children

Learning and Activity Spaces for Children:

Through our work with local communities, we have discovered an immense need for computer equipment to support education and integration efforts. Whether helping Ukrainian refugee children prepare for school in Poland, assisting low-income students with learning resources, or providing children with disabilities access to essential tools, technology plays a crucial role in ensuring equal educational opportunities. By bridging this digital gap, we can empower children and young learners to adapt, grow, and succeed in their new environments.

Job Activation Spaces for Adults

Job Activation Spaces for Adults:

Through our work with local communities, we’ve identified a significant need for computer equipment to support professional activation programs for adults, particularly those facing barriers to employment. This includes refugees, displaced individuals, and low-income or marginalized groups who are seeking to re-enter the workforce or gain new skills. Many community centers, libraries, and vocational institutions offer spaces where adults can meet, collaborate, and engage in skill-building workshops. Access to technology in these settings is crucial to help individuals search for jobs, develop digital skills, and connect with potential employers or peers.

By providing the necessary tools, we enable adults to activate professionally, improve their economic prospects, and become more connected to their communities.
